Cancellation administration fee               Before 15 March, 2012 all fees except a cancellation charge of

                                                                DKK 375 will be refunded.

                                                                After 15 March, 2012 there will be no refunding.

 

Insurance and liability

Neither the organizers nor the venues take any responsibility for injury or damage involving persons or property during the meeting. Participants are advised to take out their own health and travel insurance.

 

Language

The meeting will be conducted in English, with the exception of the Saturday afternoon session, which will be conducted in Danish.

 

Travel Information

There are flights from several destinations throughout the world to the three largest airports in Denmark: Copenhagen, Aarhus and Billund. From Copenhagen Airport there are connections to Billund Airport and Aarhus Airport, or you can travel by train or rent a car.

Airport shuttle service

There is a bus service to Aarhus from Aarhus and Billund airports. The travel time from Aarhus Airport to the city of Aarhus is approx. 45 minutes and from Billund Airport to Aarhus approx. 1½ hours. Tickets are sold on the bus.

By train

The train from Copenhagen to Aarhus operates on an hourly basis. The travelling time is approximately 2½-3 hours. There is a direct train connection from Copenhagen Airport to Aarhus. By ferry

There is hydrofoil connection between Aarhus and Sjællands Odde, and from Norway and Sweden to Frederikshavn and Grenaa.

Roads

As in all parts of Denmark, Aarhus has an efficient road network which allows easy driving access directly to the city; Hamburg is only a 3-hour drive. Parking at the venue is available in a pay car park. Parking is free for all participants.
