ACCOMODATION
KongresKompagniet has made preliminary hotel reservations in different categories in the city centre. Please state your preference on the registration form. In order to obtain the specified prices, reservation must be made through KongresKompagniet. The hotels are booked on a first-come first-served basis. Payment for accommodation must be made directly to the hotel upon departure.

Walking distance to the venue approx. 10-15 minutes.

Confirmation of your registration and hotel reservation
KongresKompagniet will send you a confirmation of your registration and hotel reservation upon receipt of your registration form and full payment. Please bring along these receipts for presentation at the registration desk on your arrival.
Change of hotel reservation
If you wish to change your hotel reservation, date of arrival or date of departure, we ask you kindly to contact KongresKompagniet and not the hotel.
Payment
Payment of fees must be made in DKK and should be paid by credit card or bank transfer. Credit card and bank transfer charges, if any, are paid by the participant. Please state your name and address and “SASP” or “DSF” on all documents.
Cancellation refund policy
Cancelling must be in writing and sent to KongresKompagniet. In case of cancellation no later than 15 March, 2012, the full amount less a cancellation fee of DKK 375 will be refunded. In case of cancellation after 15 March, 2012, no refund will be made. Refund claims must include name of the bank, bank address, IBAN, SWIFT/ BIC code, account number and name of the account owner. Refunds will not be processed until after the meeting.
